Frank B. Koller Memorial Park Bandstand
In 2008 a small wooden stage was built on the hillside which was later expanded to include larger bands. It sits on a hillside and overlooks not only the Frank B. Koller Park but beautiful Rest Lake. It is home to the "Music in the Park", established in 2007 by the owners of the Pea Patch Saloon - Barry and Lisa Hopkins. The first year six concerts were held and attracted many to hear a variety of music. At that point in time, an independent board was established to coordinate all events.
Who was Frank B. Koller? Information about his life is provided by the Frank B. Koller Library. The Koller family philanthropy's has reached into many corners of the community. |

Every Sunday in the late afternoon/early evening, during the summer season and extending through mid September, concerts play to audiences who include not only those ensconced on blankets or lawn chairs, but to many boaters who dock at the pier or lay anchor on Rest Lake.
