Marvin W. Roth Community Pavilion in Lower Court Park
The Marvin W. Roth Community Pavilion, named after "Mr. Janesville", is anchored at the bottom of the hillside in Lower Courthouse Park bordering on East Court Street. The natural slope of the hill site allows for five rows of concentric built-in to the hillside concrete seating. On one of the benches there is a plaque dedicated to Tom Presny, Janesville Parks Director, for over 30 years and now retired. |
Music at the Marv, is scheduled Wednesday evenings from June through August.
The Pavilion is featured "In the 608", CBS Madison early morning program.
